Subject: FAQ => What is the ease of implementing your software? It is intended to be easy to use for developers, and not much work to setup and administer. => How long & do you recommend training or is it self-explanatory? We have never had to do training. Documentation and online help is usually sufficient. The managing of sources and issues is obvious. Usually managing deployment of sources requires some discussions with us to help with policy decisions. => Does it track time entered for each incident? I'm not sure what you are asking. It does track the day and time of day each issue is entered and the time status of each issue changes. It does not track the hours spent by staff in working on issues. You might be able to backtrack that based on your situation. Does it maintain separate versions for each customer site? All sources are stored in categories. The same source file can exist in multiple categories. Usually SMGR systems have a base set of categories, then a custom category for just the changes made for each customer. SMGR deployment is smart enough to understand that there is a include file which is custom for three different customers, and that it has to recompile the same program three different times using different propath.
