RE:	Additional Reports and changes in Issue Manager

We have been doing some streamlining in the Issue manager section of SMGR.
The following are available:

ISSUE Browser - Now it shows the Business Impact on the screen AND sorts
the display by it.  As you get more and more issues assigned, it keeps the
important ones at the top. 

NOTIFY REPORT - There is now a batch report which allows you to define
sets of people who are interested in certain Relates-To topics, and do
one job which assembles all the relevant status reports and blasts them
out to the interested parties via Email or Fax or whatever mechanism you
pick.  We use it to blast out weekly status updates to all our customers, 
show each customer only the records they are interested in.  (smrnotfy.p)

NAG REPORT - There is now a batch report job which will email each staff
person a report of the issues assigned to them, along with the last XX 
status changes. (smrnag.p)
