Subject: CHANGES TO TRAP PROCEDURES

There is now a trafadd.i.  This allows you to configure processing to 
happen after the add.   Which means that you then have the revision 
available to you. 

There was a report that the HP/ux Sccs Prs did not grok revisions with 
leading zeros in them.  (Such as 1.03) This made the Production Manager 
submit command gagg.   Therefore, the submit code in stsubex.i has been
changed to remove this.  

Also we will note that the new revision has always been available in the 
trafchki.i trap procedure as the variable snew-rev for handy submitting 
to PMGR.  You could in fact use this code:
	srev = snew-rev.
	run stsubui.p.

	staddex.i:	1.6 neal 94/12/15; added trap procedure after doing add
	stsubex.i:	1.3 neal 94/12/15; called strevext.i to convert to 
						external rev form.
	stsubui.p:	1.2 neal 94/12/15; added strrevvar.i
