Subject: NOW AVAILABLE: FEEDING BACK REVISION DATA FROM DEPLOYED SITES

As promised, programs are available to support loading back revision data
from remote sites to make sure you know what is out there.   The relevant 
pieces are:
	stfeedbk.p 1.2	- New module to handle incorporation.  Can run from
			menu or automagically in background job.

	smgrmenu.p 1.29	- Added menu entry for above.

	mwhat.c, 1.5	- Changed to format properly for easy sorting.

	stsubex.i 1.2   - adds destination record to record submittal.

Use of these components will result in the Submit being recorded in the 
Placement data, and the eventual feedback from the deployed site updating it. 

It does not (yet) update status when a file is Approved, or Committed, or if
a compile at a remote site fails.
